What is GR8 ?
GR8 Youth Clubhouse is a grassroots initiative founded by Grady and his dad, with a simple yet powerful mission: to give back to the community by supporting youth athletes. Not a non-profit or business, but rather a heartfelt endeavor driven by a father-son duo, GR8 Youth Clubhouse provides a platform to raise awareness and support for young athletes. Through their podcast, they engage with professional athletes, coaches, and youth athletes, sharing stories, insights, and inspiration. Additionally, GR8 Youth Clubhouse raises funds to support young athletes by selling t-shirts and baseball cards. At its core, GR8 Youth Clubhouse is about building community, fostering talent, and making a difference in the lives of young athletes.
Gr8 Things.
Hard Things.
Little things.
At GR8 Youth Clubhouse, we believe in setting a positive tone for the day by encouraging kids to reflect on what they can accomplish. Every day, we ask our kids, “What are the three things you will do today?” And their answer is always the same— “GREAT, hard, little.” These three words represent the balance between striving for greatness, embracing challenges, and taking care of the small, foundational steps along the way. We remind them that achieving GREAT things requires putting in the hard work and attention to the little things, whether on the field, at home, or in the classroom. This simple practice is a powerful way to instill a mindset of growth, perseverance, and focus, helping our kids start their day with purpose and determination.

Youth equipment support
GR8 Youth Clubhouse has been raising funds through the sale of t-shirts and baseball cards to support youth athletes in need. One of the ways we’d like to give back is by providing equipment for first-time baseball or softball players who may not have access to the basic gear they need to get started. We are not vetting applications, so we ask that you only apply if your athlete genuinely requires essential equipment to begin their journey in the sport. Multiple athletes will be randomly drawn, and will be contacted Monday evening, January 6th. Selected families will have until 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 7th, to respond and claim the equipment. Our goal is to help make it easier for kids to get involved in sports and give them the tools to succeed, both on and off the field.
Entry closes at 6:00 pm on Monday, January 6th.
